VERY BAD SERVICE....

Nothing but trouble with this business as a Dry Cleaner. Dropped off drapery panels to be cleaned and was not offered any form of receipt, showing that they even took custody of my draperies. I had to ask for something showing what I just gave them to clean. Good business does business properly and this one didn't even start out well. (*that should have been my 1st clue) Several days later, I asked my daughter to pick up my draperies and drop others off at the same time. (expecting that she'd be picking up newly dry cleaned draperies, of course) When my daughter picked up my draperies, (paid for the cleaning service @ pickup) and brought them just a few miles down the road to my home, it was VERY CLEAR that they'd only been pressed and NOT cleaned at all! I immediately contacted this business to speak with them about my concern. The owner "Larry McDuffee" stated to me that "his girl does good work" and was very "miffed" by my complaint. This guy never even offered to take a look at the draperies for himself!! No, he didn't bother to remedy the problem at all. Instead, he took my $$ and told me not to bring him my business again. CLEARLY he didn't think that I would ever bring him my business again, would he? (laughable) I may see him again, but it won't be in his business, it will be in small claims court. I contacted another dry cleaner in Cookeville,TN and they confirmed that this was very "Shoddy" business and that clearly my draperies weren't cleaned, only pressed. I would HIGHLY suggest that you bring your dry cleaning business to a trustworthy business with business minded ownership and management. I'd hate for you to make a trip to this place and end up with the same results. I'm sure there are more dissatisfied customers, they simply haven't taken the time to post about it.
